**About the Role**
We’re an eCommerce brand that thrives on great creativity, and we’re looking for someone to make it full-time. If you know how to make thumb-stopping ads that actually sell, this is for you.
You’ll be responsible for producing high-converting ad creatives for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, everything from image graphics to short-form video ads. You'll take product features, customer testimonials, and proven angles, then turn them into new winning creatives every week.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design and edit static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Repurpose raw product footage and testimonials into multiple ad variations
- Test different hooks, scroll-stopping intros, and CTA formats
- Take briefs or marketing angles and turn them into creative ideas quickly
- Track trends and implement winning formats in our niche
- Produce a set number of ad creatives per week (static and video formats)
**What You Bring**
Proven experience editing eCommerce ad creatives (portfolio required)
Fluent in tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, After Effects, or Canva
Strong sense of performance-first design — not just pretty, but persuasive
Able to work autonomously and hit weekly creative output goals
Understands fast-paced testing environments and how to optimize creatives
**Bonus Points**
Experience with UGC-style ad formats
Past work on 7–8 figure DTC brands or dropshipping stores
Can write basic copy for hooks, headlines, and overlays
Familiar with ad platform creative specs and what works across each
