Job description - Ad Creative Specialist

Our e-commerce company is hiring! We are looking for a full-time E-Commerce Ad Creative specialist to join our team, someone with a thorough understanding of Dropshipping through Shopify and paid advertising. You will make sure that our ad creatives are optimized for conversions and match our product description and quality.

What does an Ad Creative VA do?
An ad creative VA is mainly responsible for creating Advertising creatives for social media advertising. This involves product photo and video editing. This may also involve helping to improve older listings to maximize sales. Marketing skills are required!

Responsibilities and Duties
* Creating new ad creatives for our dropshipping products: in Danish and Swedish.
* Swipe ad creatives from competitors
* Implement Direct Response Marketing strategies to convert visitors into customers.
* Design eye-catching advertisements for social media platforms, email marketing, and website banners.
* Create and edit product photos to enhance their appeal and showcase features effectively.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and design.
* Accurately compare the products with the ones from our website.
* Collaborate with the marketing team and product listers
* Reviewing marketing materials, websites and presentations to ensure compliance with the regulations of the advertising platforms
Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in creating ad creatives.
* Experience with AI is a MUST.
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Canva etc. Software that I use myself: Elevenlabs and Clipchamp. But if you prefer to use other software, that would also be fine.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and design.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising channels.

Also:
* You do what you say. You are passionate about delivering results and you always finish what you start. - You take pride in being able to keep your word.
* Have a high attention to detail. When it comes to details, nothing gets past you.. and we mean nothing! - So much so that we want you to include "the devil is in the details" as the answer to the first question when you submit your application. Seriously.
* Preferably you have a couple of years experience in this field, and have worked for other dropshipping and e-commerce companies. You must understand how paid advertising works, in the sense that you know how sending traffic to an online store should lead to conversions.

Salary Expectations:
You will start as Trainee Ad Creative Specialist, where you will be working on the side of the company owner with compensation of 5$/hr. You will start as parttimer, but if everything goes well, this can grow into a fulltime job.

We always start with a one-month trial to ensure safety for both parties. After that, we'll have an evaluation to see if both parties would like to proceed to work together.
