JOB OVERVIEW

I run a small product company and I need someone to take over the production side of my ad creative. The system already exists: I have a directory of proven formats, prompt conventions, and brand guidelines. Your job is to execute against it at volume, keep quality high, and bring me new angles to test.

This is not a “make me a strategy” role. It’s a “run the machine and make it better” role.

What you’ll do

• Produce ad creatives from my existing format library (AI-generated video and static)
• Write and refine prompts for AI video tools (Seedance, Kling, Veo or similar)
• Assemble and edit final cuts: captions, overlays, screen recordings, music, pacing
• Quality-check every output before it reaches me. Bad hands, warped text, off-brand color, awkward cuts. I should not be the one catching these
• Propose and test new hooks, angles, and formats each week
• Keep the asset library organized and named consistently

What I’m looking for

• Strong visual eye. You can tell the difference between a creative that converts and one that just looks fine
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI video generation tool
• Comfortable in CapCut, Premiere, or similar for editing
• Good written English. You’ll be writing hooks and captions
• Self-directed. I give you the brief and the library, you come back with finished work
• Available for overlap with European hours

Nice to have

• Experience with Meta ads creative specifically
• Canva or Figma for statics
• A sense of humor. Some of what we make is meant to be funny

Pay

[$X to $Y per month, full-time] Paid monthly, on time, every time. Raises based on results, not tenure.

How to apply

Send me:

1. A short Loom (under 3 minutes) walking me through one AI-generated video you made yourself. Tell me what prompt you used and what you’d change
2. Two or three examples of your best creative work
3. The name of your favorite AI video tool and one thing you hate about it

Start your message with the word “Derek” so I know you read this. Applications without it get deleted.

I read every application that follows these steps. Shortlisted candidates get a paid test task from my real pipeline before any hire.
