About the role
Each week we need 20 unique static ads designed and ready to run on Meta.
You won't just execute briefs; you'll help shape what we test and why.
This role is for someone who understands both the craft of design and the logic of paid advertising — someone who knows what makes a scroll-stopper and can back that instinct with marketing thinking.
What you'll do
Design 20 static ad creatives per week for paid social and display campaigns
Develop concepts and copy angles, not just visual execution
Compensation
Pay is per static ad delivered, aligned with Philippine market rates for experienced freelance designers. Volume is consistent — 20 ads every week — so earnings are predictable. High-quality output and reliability open the door to more projects.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads
Understanding of A/B testing and creative performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA)
Experience working directly with media buyers or performance marketing teams
We will hire based on direct output.

The product is in german, and the ads should also be german.
