We are looking for a detail?oriented ActiveCampaign Specialist to set up, manage, and optimize our
You will work closely with our marketing team to turn strategy into live automations that generate leads, nurture subscribers, and re?engage past customers.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage
Create and maintain automations (welcome flows, nurture sequences, re?engagement, reminders).
Set up list segmentation, tags, and custom fields to keep data clean and organized.
Connect forms, landing pages, and integrations (e.g., website, lead forms, or other tools) to ActiveCampaign.
Monitor deliverability, open/click rates, and conversions, and suggest improvements. Run basic A/B tests (subject lines, send times, simple layout tests).
Document workflows and updates so the team can understand and reuse them.
Qualifications:
1–2+ years of hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign or similar tools (Klaviyo, MailerLite, HubSpot, etc.).
Solid understanding of
Comfortable working with tags, segments, basic automation logic (if/else, goals, triggers).
Good written English and attention to detail for naming conventions, testing, and QA.
Reliable, responsive, and able to follow SOPs while also suggesting improvements.
Work Setup:
Remote, full-time or part-time (to be discussed). Must be available for at least a few hours overlap with CST USA for check-ins.
