Company: Nationwide Equity (Texas, USA)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM US Central Time, with a 1-hour break
Type: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, 2 openings, fixed salary + bonus
Start: Within 1-2 weeks of hire

ABOUT US
Nationwide Equity is a Texas real estate company. We work with homeowners and families dealing with mortgage foreclosure and tax foreclosure, and we've closed more than 65 foreclosure purchases over the past 4 years.

Selling isn't the only option we offer. Sometimes the right answer is helping the owner keep the house, through reinstatement, lender negotiation, a postponement or help from our attorney. Many of our properties belong to owners who passed away, so a lot of our conversations are with heirs and family members going through a hard time.

THIS IS NOT A HARD-SELL JOB
You won't be pitching cash offers or pushing anyone to sign. Your job is to start real conversations, understand what's going on in someone's life, and build enough trust that they want to keep talking to us. When a lead is ready to talk numbers, you hand them to our acquisitions manager.

Before each call, our system gives you a research summary on the property and the people connected to it: ownership, auction date, liens, heirs and a suggested approach angle. You use it to guide the conversation so it sounds informed and personal, not scripted.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call and text owners, relatives, heirs and neighbors connected to foreclosure and tax-auction properties in Texas
- Read the research summary before each call and use the approach angle to open the conversation
- Listen and find out the real situation: who lives there, who makes decisions, what's behind the foreclosure, what the family wants
- Identify the pain points (deadlines, money pressure, family disagreements, a house nobody can manage) and write them up clearly
- Talk with neighbors respectfully to help locate owners or family members
- Follow up and keep relationships warm over days and weeks, not just one call
- Log every conversation, note and next step in GoHighLevel (GHL) the same day
- Hand warm leads to the acquisitions manager with a clear summary of the situation

WHAT WE NEED
- At least 1 year of phone work for a US company, ideally real estate (cold calling, lead management or appointment setting for investors or wholesalers)
- Clear, natural, warm spoken English. People should feel comfortable talking to you, even on a hard day
- Patience and real empathy. You'll talk with people who are grieving, embarrassed or scared of losing their home
- Strong note-taking. Your summaries are what our team acts on
- Comfortable using a CRM (GoHighLevel preferred) and following a research brief
- A quiet workspace, a noise-canceling USB headset, fast internet (25 Mbps+) and a backup power or internet plan
- Comfortable working US Central Time hours

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with pre-foreclosure, tax-delinquent, probate or inherited-property leads
- Some understanding of how US foreclosure, tax sales or probate work
- Customer service, healthcare or collections background (people who are good with sensitive calls)

PAY
Fixed monthly salary, paid on time every pay period, plus a performance bonus. Long-term role with room to grow.

HOW TO APPLY
Applications that skip these steps won't be reviewed.
1. Start your application with the words: "Texas Outreach"
2. Send a short voice recording (1-2 minutes). The scenario: you're calling the daughter of a homeowner who passed away. The house goes to a tax auction in 30 days, and she doesn't know about it yet. Introduce yourself and start the conversation. We're listening for warmth and how you handle it, not a sales pitch.
3. In 3-5 sentences, tell us about a phone conversation where someone was upset or didn't trust you, and how you handled it.
4. List the CRMs and calling tools you've used, and for how long.
5. Tell us your earliest start date.
