Acquisitions Representative (Commission-Only) — Real Estate Wholesaling

Kalis Holdings LLC is seeking a driven, coachable Acquisitions Representative to close off-market real estate deals in Ohio and Missouri. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone with sales experience who wants to break into real estate investing without needing a license.

What you'll do:

Call and negotiate with motivated sellers from warm/qualified leads
Build rapport, uncover seller motivation, and present offers using our underwriting framework
Get properties under contract at prices that work for both the seller and our buy box
Track activity and deal status in our CRM (ClickUp/GHL)

What we're looking for:

Prior sales, cold-calling, or negotiation experience (real estate not required, but a plus)
Strong phone presence, objection-handling skills, and grit (REQUIRED)
ENGLISH PROFICIENT and US Accent
Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-only structure
Familiar with or willing to learn ARV/repair-cost based offer calculations
