CrownKey BnB is a growing corporate housing company specializing in fully furnished rentals for traveling professionals, business clients, and insurance stays. We partner with landlords and property managers to secure high-quality units for short- and mid-term rentals.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant to help us identify and secure rental properties through outbound cold calling. Your primary responsibility will be contacting landlords, property managers, and apartment complexes to introduce our business model and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

- Cold call landlords, property managers, and apartment communities daily
- Clearly explain CrownKey BnB’s business model in a professional manner
- Build rapport and handle objections confidently
- Track calls, leads, and responses in a CRM or spreadsheet
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Set appointments or pass qualified leads to the team

Compensation:
- $3–$5 per hour (based on experience and performance)
- Performance-based bonuses for each secured property/booking
- Opportunity for increased hours and pay based on results

Schedule:
- Part-time (20 hours per week to start)
- Flexible schedule (must overlap with U.S. business hours)

Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
- Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Experience in real estate, Airbnb, or appointment setting is a PLUS
