About the Role
You will single-handedly drive the full acquisition cycle for distressed real estate deals (tax delinquent, inherited, title/condition problems, etc.). From the very first cold call to contract close, you are the only point of accountability—there are no handoffs, no account managers, no backstops.
Your success is measured daily, weekly, and monthly on three objective, transparent metrics:
Live cold call conversations (not just dials)
Qualified pipeline growth and management
Signed contracts (closed deals)
