JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Research Analyst to help build a nationwide pipeline of business acquisition leads/opportunities. The ideal candidate is an exceptional online researcher who can identify businesses for sale, uncover off-market opportunities, and organize information into a clear, actionable acquisition database.

Key Responsibilities
Research businesses for sale across the United States.
Identify both on-market and off-market acquisition opportunities.
Gather and verify key business information, including ownership, financial performance (when available), real estate status, and broker or owner contact information.
Organize findings into spreadsheets, GoHighLevel (GHL), or a CRM, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and free of duplicates.
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to streamline research, summarize opportunities, and improve efficiency.
Maintain and update acquisition pipelines, contacts, and follow-up activities within GoHighLevel (GHL).
Deliver organized reports of qualified acquisition opportunities on a regular basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong online research and investigative skills.
Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL), including CRM, contact management, and pipeline organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and verify information from multiple sources.
Experience with business acquisitions, commercial real estate, market research, or financial analysis is a plus.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows.
