Performance-Based Hours Increases (Automatic)
Hours can increase automatically based on results:
• Step 1 – Increase to 10 hours/week:
If you secure 2 executed purchase contracts at/below MAO within any rolling 30-day period, your schedule will automatically increase to 10 hours per week (as long as lead volume supports it).
• Step 2 – Increase to 40 hours/week (Full-Time):
If you secure 3 executed purchase contracts within any rolling 30-day period, your schedule will automatically increase to 40 hours per week, based on performance and lead volume.
Notes:
• “At/below MAO” means the final signed purchase price is at or below the MAO calculated using our comp/underwriting guidelines.
• Hours increases depend on consistent performance, communication, and available lead flow.

• $5/hour base
• $20 per signed contract
• Commission: 6% of the assignment fee (paid on closed/collected deals)

Job Overview
We are hiring a closing-focused Acquisition Manager to call motivated seller leads, run comps, present offers, negotiate, and get purchase contracts signed for our real estate wholesaling business.

What You Will Do
• Call warm/hot seller leads and follow up consistently
• Qualify sellers: motivation, timeline, condition, price
• Run property comps (market value) to support offer pricing
• Present offers clearly and professionally
• Negotiate and handle objections
• Get purchase contracts signed (DocuSign or similar)
• Update notes and lead statuses in our tracking system
• Coordinate handoff after signing (next steps with the team)

Required Skills
• Strong English (spoken + written)
• Confident on the phone (sales/closing experience)
• Must know how to comp properties (sold comps, adjust for beds/baths/sqft, condition, days on market)
• Able to use tools like Redfin/Zillow/Realtor (PropStream or similar is a plus)
• Reliable and consistent every Wed/Thu
• Organized follow-ups and clean notes
• Stable internet, headset, quiet workspace

• Real estate wholesaling acquisitions experience
• Experience calling US-based sellers
