We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in the United States that purchases 70+ single-family homes per year.
Our business is simple:
We buy houses as-is, renovate them, and resell for a profit.
We are looking for a hungry, high-performing Acquisition Manager to help us buy more houses.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a sales role at its core — your job is to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
You will:
• Speak with homeowners looking to sell their property
• Call, text, and follow up with leads daily
• Build relationships with wholesalers and buy their deals
• Analyze deals and determine purchase prices (we will train you)
• Write and submit offers (MLS + off-market)
• Negotiate directly with sellers and agents
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into deals
• Close as many profitable deals as possible
Your success = how many houses you help us buy

Who We’re Looking For
Sales experience is REQUIRED. Real estate experience is NOT required.
You are:
• A strong communicator (written and verbal English)
• Confident on the phone and not afraid to negotiate
• Persistent with follow-up (this is where deals are made)
• Competitive and results-driven
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus (not required):
• Real estate experience
• Experience in cold calling / phone sales
• CRM experience (Podio, GoHighLevel, etc.)
