We’re growing and looking for a driven Acquisition Manager to convert seller leads into signed contracts.
Role Overview
As an Acquisition Manager, you are the primary closer on the seller side. You’ll speak directly with homeowners, evaluate properties, negotiate terms, and secure purchase agreements that meet our investment criteria.
If you’re confident on the phone, emotionally intelligent, and competitive in a healthy way — this role pays very well.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound seller leads
Build rapport with distressed homeowners
Qualify motivation, timeline, condition, and price
Analyze deals (ARV, repairs, MAO)
Present and negotiate cash offers
Secure signed purchase agreements
Update CRM accurately
Coordinate handoff to dispositions / transaction team
Requirements
Sales experience (real estate preferred, not required)
Strong phone communication skills
Comfortable negotiating and handling objections
Organized and detail-oriented
Coachable and accountable
Must be ethical and transparent
