Are you a strategic powerhouse who knows how to buy growth? KaliHome Builders is looking for an Acquisition Manager focused specifically on Online Ad Spend. Unlike traditional real estate sourcing, this role is about mastering the digital landscape to acquire high-intent remodeling leads. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid marketing channels to fuel our sales pipeline.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
? Strategic Ad Spend: Allocate and manage a significant monthly budget across Google Ads, Meta, and Local Services Ads (LSA) to hit aggressive lead-gen targets.
? Master the Funnel: Build, test, and scale paid acquisition funnels that convert cold traffic into qualified residential remodeling appointments.
? Data-Driven Sourcing: Analyze "Cost Per Lead" (CPL) and "Cost Per Acquisition" (CPA) daily to ensure we are buying the highest quality traffic at the best possible price.
? Creative Strategy: Partner with designers to develop high-converting ad copy and visual assets that stop the scroll and drive action.
? Performance Reporting: Provide transparent, high-level reporting on how every dollar spent translates into revenue for the company.
WHAT YOU BRING:
? Proven Performance: 2+ years of experience in Paid Digital Acquisition, specifically managing high-velocity lead generation (Home Improvement or Service Industry experience preferred).
? Platform Expertise: Advanced mastery of Google Ads (Search/LSA), Meta Ads Manager, and emerging paid social channels.
? Analytical Precision: Expert at using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM data to track the full "Click-to-Contract" journey.
? Budget Stewardship: Experience managing and optimizing monthly spends of $5k with a focus on ROI, not just traffic.
? Conversion Obsession: A deep understanding of landing page optimization and A/B testing frameworks.
