About the Role
We run a high-volume nationwide real estate acquisitions operation. We generate warm inbound leads from motivated sellers across the U.S. — sellers who already raised their hand. Your job is to call them, build quick rapport, underwrite deals, make offers, and get contracts signed.
This is not a training role. You will be handling live leads from day one.
What You'll Do
Call and text warm inbound seller leads same day — speed matters
Qualify sellers (motivation, timeline, condition, price)
Deliver offers confidently using our script and framework
Handle objections and push toward commitment
Log all activity into our CRM (Podio) in real time
Follow up systematically until the lead is closed or killed
Sign deals — contracts via PandaDoc
Requirements — Non-Negotiable
Minimum 1 year of outbound/inbound sales experience (real estate preferred)
Proven track record of closing deals or converting calls to signed agreements
Strong spoken and written English — no heavy accent
Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day
Experience with a CRM (any — Podio is preferred)
Fast internet, quality headset, distraction-free workspace
Available during U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred)
You Are the Right Fit If:
You've worked acquisitions, solar, insurance, or high-ticket phone sales
You can handle rejection and keep dialing
You don't need hand-holding — you follow a system and execute
You're motivated by results, not just hours clocked
What We Provide
Warm inbound leads (you are not cold calling)
Proven scripts and objection handlers
CRM access and full onboarding workflow
Direct communication with the team lead
Performance bonuses for contracts signed
