JOB OVERVIEW

Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

AAA Forklifts is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to manage overdue accounts, follow up on payments, and maintain accurate records.

Experience making collection calls to U.S. customers, a solid understanding of accounts receivable, and hands-on QuickBooks Online experience are required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Review AR aging reports and prioritize overdue accounts.
- Make collection calls, send payment reminders, and follow up on payment commitments.
- Record and apply payments, reconcile customer balances, and maintain accurate records in QBO.
- Resolve billing questions with customers and internal teams.
- Document collection activity and report on outstanding balances and progress.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven U.S. phone collections experience—not just email follow-ups or general customer service.
- Working knowledge of AR processes, including payment terms, aging reports, payment application, and reconciliation.
- Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience with invoices, customer payments, and AR reports.
- Strong spoken and written English, professional phone communication, and consistent follow-through.
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability during U.S. business hours.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
Starting pay of $6.00–$7.00/hour, with a performance review after 30 days and opportunities for pay increases based on performance.
