JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to become part of our Accounts Receivable team. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will collaborate closely with the Accounts Receivable team to guarantee that our business strategies are executed effectively and that performance meets targets aimed at minimizing financial losses. This role will assist in safeguarding the assets of both our customers and the company by examining Chargeback and disputed transactions, ensuring that account issues are resolved appropriately.

Position Responsibilities:
Analyze, compile and complete Chargeback cases for representation
Determine whether orders should be allowed to proceed, and stop them when necessary
Work with the field to obtain additional information and communicate actions being taken
Educate stores on Chargeback related issues
Work with the Director of Accounts Receivable to establish long-range and short-term business plans to optimize performance and measure progress toward the reduction of financial losses to determine areas of vulnerability

Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
2 to 5 years of pertinent experience in handling chargeback disputes, BBB complaints, and/or escalations.
Associates degree in related field preferred
