JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time | 25 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:00 am–2:00 pm Perth/Philippines time
Rate: AUD $12/hour
Safe Lifting Australia is an established crane service, inspection and engineering company based in Perth, Western Australia.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised remote Accounts, Purchasing & Inventory Administrator.
Accounts
- Xero reconciliations
- Accounts payable and supplier invoices
- Customer invoicing and debtor follow-up
- Prepare payroll in Xero for management approval
- Assist with BAS/IAS preparation
- Allocate purchases/costs to correct jobs
Purchasing / Parts
- Raise and maintain purchase orders
- Place approved supplier orders
- Maintain parts/order tracking register
- Track ETAs and chase outstanding deliveries
- Alert our Australian team of late parts affecting jobs
Stock / Consumables
- Maintain stock and consumables records
- Monitor minimum/reorder levels
- Review physical stock counts supplied by our Australian team
- Order approved routine consumables
We are looking for
- Strong Xero experience
- Australian bookkeeping experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of Australian GST, payroll and BAS
- AP/AR experience
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organised and proactive with follow-ups
- Purchasing/inventory experience is highly regarded
You will work closely with our Australian operations team and attend a short weekly online meeting.
