Accounts Payable Accounting Specialist
Full-Time | Remote | Philippines | Long-Term
Compensation: $1000 to $1250/month

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accounting Specialist who brings accuracy and calm to high-volume financial operations. You will manage the AP process end-to-end, keep reconciliations tight, and help maintain the financial controls that let the business scale with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and on schedule
Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls
Ensure accurate coding and recording of transactions within the ERP system
Support month-end close activities related to AP
Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships
What You'll Bring

2–5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
Demonstrated experience with high-volume transaction processing
Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Understanding of internal control principles
Nice to Have

Experience with multi-currency or international AP
Accounting certification or coursework
