Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CPA Bookkeeper who can start immediately. This is a fully remote role with flexible work arrangements, ideal for a Philippines-based professional with strong bookkeeping and accounting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax regulations
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
* Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements
* Perform regular account reconciliations
* Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
* Assist with audits and maintain organized financial documentation
Qualifications
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Philippines (required)
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Minimum of 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
* Experience supporting small or service-based businesses preferred
* Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Strong communication skills and high level of integrity
Preferred Skills
* Experience working with U.S.-based companies
* Familiarity with U.S. tax and payroll processes
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
