Role Overview
Depending on the client requirement and your experience level, you may take on either:
? Execution-focused responsibilities
? Oversight and leadership responsibilities
? Close ownership and reporting roles
You will support organizations that value accuracy, accountability, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
(May vary depending on level)
General Ledger & Close
• Manage and maintain accurate general ledger records
• Prepare and/or review journal entries including:
Accruals
Deferrals
Depreciation
Amortization
Reclassifications
• Lead or support monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
• Perform or review balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Ensure proper accounting for fixed assets
Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial movements
• Assist in financial reporting preparation
• Support audit activities and documentation
Multi-Entity & Global Support
• Handle multi-currency transactions and FX adjustments
• Act as a point of contact for assigned business units or entities
• Coordinate with AP, AR, Payroll, and Finance teams
• Support cross-functional finance operations
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process optimization
• Contribute to improving close timelines
• Support documentation of accounting workflows
Senior / Manager-Level Responsibilities
For more experienced professionals:
• Review work of junior accountants
• Manage close timelines and reporting accuracy
• Support accounting policy implementation
• Partner with Finance leadership
• Coordinate accounting deliverables across teams
Experience Levels We Welcome
• 3+ years – Accountant Level
• 5+ years – Senior Accountant Level
• 7+ years – Accounting Supervisor / Manager Level
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations
• ERP experience (NetSuite or similar preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
Preferred Experience
• Exposure to US, AU, or Singapore entities
• Multi-entity or multi-currency environments
• Audit support experience
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience mentoring or leading accounting teams
