JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (U.S. Hours Required)
Reports To: CFO / Financial Controller

Company Overview
We are a growth-focused organization operating across real estate development, distribution, and
commercial operations. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Accounting
Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple
entities.

Position Summary
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting,
and internal controls.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a remote accounting
team, including tea ---------- mbers across different time zones. The Accounting Manager must
implement clear systems, workflows, and checkpoints to ensure all work is completed accurately
and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll)
- Ensure accurate financial transaction recording
- Manage month-end and year-end close
- Prepare and review financial statements (Income, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Track financial performance (NOI, occupancy, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulations
- Oversee accounts payable & receivable
- Support taxes and audits
- Manage and supervise remote accounting team
- Establish systems and checkpoints for accountability
- Monitor performance and ensure timely completion of work

Qualifications
- 5+ years accounting experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience managing remote teams preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills
