JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting or bookkeeping professional for a one-time project to help us clean up and reconcile our invoices.

ABOUT THE JOB:
We have approximately 110 invoices spread across WaveApps (our accounting software) and personal email accounts. We need someone to go through all of them, match everything properly, identify any missing or unmatched payments, and organize the records in a clear and structured way. This is a one-time cleanup task — not an ongoing role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Review all invoices stored in WaveApps and collected from personal email accounts (approximately 110 invoices total)
- Match and reconcile invoices against 3 Google Ads accounts — we are not sure exactly how many invoices correspond to Google Ads vs. other clients/vendors, so a full cross-check is needed
- Identify any missing payments or discrepancies across all sources
- Verify payments against bank statements from 2 banks: Wise (app) and Wio Bank, across 2 currencies
- Organize and clean up all records so everything is properly matched and accounted for
- Provide a clear summary or report of findings (what's matched, what's missing, what needs follow-up)

HOW ACCESS WILL BE PROVIDED:
- You will be given remote access to our laptop so you can collect all emails and relevant documents directly
- Bank statements from Wise and Wio Bank will be provided to cross-check whether payments went through

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or invoice reconciliation
- Familiarity with WaveApps is a plus
- Experience with Google Ads billing/invoices is a plus
- Comfortable working with multi-currency records
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication — please share any relevant experience or similar work you've done before
- Able to work independently and deliver a clean, organized output

HOW TO APPLY:
Please tell us about any previous experience you have with invoice reconciliation, accounting cleanup, or similar tasks. Include examples if possible. Also let us know your availability and how you'd approach this project.

COMPENSATION:
$100 USD for the full project (open to discussion based on scope).
