JOB OVERVIEW

Rentercasa is seeking an organized and dependable Accounting & HR Specialist to support our day-to-day financial administration, contractor management, payroll coordination, and HR functions.

Responsibilities
Accounting
Record and categorize income and expenses
Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
Review property and company financial records
Assist with owner statements and monthly reporting
Track vendor invoices and payments
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
Assist with contractor payment processing
Maintain organized financial documentation
Identify discrepancies and escalate accounting issues
Assist with monthly financial close and reporting
Coordinate with the company accountant or CPA as needed
Human Resources
Maintain employee and contractor records
Assist with recruiting and applicant screening
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
Prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation
Track attendance, time records, leave, and performance documentation
Maintain contracts, policies, and HR files
Assist with payroll preparation and contractor payments
Track performance reviews and employee documentation
Support disciplinary documentation and separation processes
Help maintain HR policies and procedures
Requirements
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, HR, or administrative operations
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and spoken English
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
Comfortable handling confidential company information
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience supporting a U.S.-based company is preferred
Property management experience is a plus

Payroll and attendance accuracy
Completion of monthly accounting and HR reports

Compensation

₱35,000–₱50,000 PHP per month, depending on accounting and HR experience.
