About the Role:
This is a hands-on and diverse role where you'll play a key part in our finance operations. You’ll also have the opportunity to support our supply chain function as needed. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with experience in Australian payroll, and a background in customer service would be highly regarded.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Maintaining and managing our billing system
•Recording and reconciling customer payments
•Verifying and processing purchase invoices
•Bank and credit card reconciliations
•Generating and issuing invoices
•Managing accounts receivable records and documentation
•Liaising with resellers and managing reseller accounts
•Investigating and resolving any account discrepancies or enquiries
•Supporting general administrative and accounting duties as required

What We’re Looking For:
•Degree qualified in Accounting or a related discipline
•Prior experience in a similar accounting role is highly desirable
•Experience in Australian payroll is essential
•Previous exposure to customer service will be considered an advantage
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
•Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
•Strong organisational and time management skills
•Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
•Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
•Reliable and fast internet access
