JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a QuickBooks Accounting Expert with trucking industry experience preferred to handle bookkeeping and financial records.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping clean-up and catch-up
Bank & credit card reconciliations
P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Payroll processing and recurring expenses
Tax support, journal entries, and fixed assets

Requirements:

Strong QuickBooks experience (Online & Desktop)
Accounting background
Trucking or logistics experience is a plus
Detail-oriented and reliable
