We are seeking a dedicated Accountant (non?CPA) to join our organisation under an exclusive arrangement. Please note that this position is not open to freelancers, contractors, or companies.
Requirements

Main Duties
• Bookkeeping / Bank Reconciliation
• Preparing Tax / VAT returns
• Preparing Financial Accounts
• Payroll / Pension
Responsibilities
• Record day?to?day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct ledgers (day book, suppliers, customers, general ledger)
• Bring books to trial balance stage
• Perform partial checks of the posting process
• Bank reconciliation
• Complete tax returns and VAT returns
• Enter data, maintain records, and prepare reports and financial statements
• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
• Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
• Perform additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management
Education and Experience
• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software (preferably Xero & QuickBooks – training can be provided)
• Knowledge of data management and financial data analysis

Working Hours
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT (London time)
• Monday to Friday, fixed 8?hour shift (with 1?hour unpaid break)

• Php 30,000.00 during probation (3 months)
• Increased to Php 35,000.00 after probation
