We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to serve in a dual-role position as an Accountant and HR Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial recordkeeping, payroll processing, and human resources functions within the company. The ideal candidate is experienced, confident, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping processes
- Process and oversee payroll using ADP
- Handle all HR-related functions including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and recordkeeping
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information
- Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding payroll and HR matters
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting practices
- Proven experience using ADP for payroll processing
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Prior experience in Human Resources management
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to company systems and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Confident and professional when interacting with staff and leadership
