Role Overview
As an Accountant, you will independently manage day-to-day financial operations within a property management environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who is confident handling end-to-end accounting processes in a fast-paced setting with multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Manage full-cycle trust accounting, including reconciliation and disbursements
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) end-to-end
Process payments related to cleaning fees and short-term rental (STR) transactions
Maintain clear and professional communication via
Prepare financial documents, reports, filings, and purchase orders
Support and oversee financial operations related to short-term rentals
Work with platforms such as Airbnb and Hostaway, including financial tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
Key Requirements
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and accountability
Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or property accounting
Ability to independently manage full accounting processes
Familiarity with Airbnb and Hostaway financial workflows and reporting
Comfortable working across multiple systems and meeting strict deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Experience with trust accounting or property management systems is highly desirable
Motivated to grow and take ownership of accounting responsibilities
Candidates must have at least 3 years of accounting work experience.
Hiring Process & Compensation
We are looking to onboard 2–3 candidates for an initial training phase
Training Period (Weeks 1–2): USD $70 per candidate per week
Candidates are required to commit a minimum of 3 hours per day
After training, one candidate will be selected for the next stage
Probation Period (3 months): USD $800/month
Upon successful completion of probation and demonstrated ability to independently manage all responsibilities:
? Salary increases to USD $1,000/month
