As part of the team, you'll begin with foundational bookkeeping tasks and then progress to specialize in either the money-in or money-out processes. Rest assured, you'll gain exposure to both sides as we shape your career path.
Our clientele comprises US-based businesses with annual revenues ranging from 1 million to 20 million dollars. While we assist CEOs and their leadership in understanding their businesses and making informed decisions, a key aspect of our services is handling day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Accounts Payable:
Setting up bills accurately and routing them for approval
Processing and applying payments to bills
Managing company expenditures via bank and/or credit card feeds
Maintaining and managing customer vendor agreements
+ Accounts Receivable (later):
Recording received payments
Generating invoices and managing customer profiles
Tracking and following up on accounts receivables
+ Reporting:
Providing reports on AP and AR status
Communicating financial report breakdowns
+ Customer Advocacy:
Addressing customer requests, inquiries, and issues promptly
Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
+About You:
You're highly passionate and resourceful, comfortable in an English-dominant environment. Previous experience is not mandatory; we value a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Detail-oriented and focused on executing daily and weekly tasks accurately, you're a quick learner keen on advancing your career.

During the initial 3-month trial period, candidates will undergo educational and training sessions. Afterward, successful candidates will be offered full-time positions with comprehensive company benefits.
This position requires working U.S. business hours to support our U.S.-based clients and internal team. Candidates must be available for daily communication, client coordination, and meeting deadlines during these hours. Flexibility outside of these hours is welcome, but core availability during US time zones is mandatory.
+Success Metrics during the trial period:
Proficiency in operating assigned cloud-based accounting software such as Xero and
Ability to review and code bank and credit card transactions for multiple US-based businesses with 90%+ accuracy
Completion and understanding of basic accounting/business principles as taught by senior tea
