Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and coordinating final steps with leadership.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for key roles (e.g., college counselors, mentors, operations, success staff).

Manage Calendly scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates for all active candidates.
Lead new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from day one.
Send and manage contracts for both new hires and students, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
Coordinate with mentors, counselors, and tutors to connect them with their assigned students.

Strong interpersonal skills, you're comfortable speaking with candidates, asking thoughtful questions, and representing the company with professionalism.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously.
Experience in recruiting, HR, onboarding, or account management is a strong plus.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of processes.
Mission-driven and aligned with supporting students and families.
