NOW HIRING: Account Operator
WFH | Full-time | PH night shift | Davao or nearby preferred

A Davao-based company is hiring an Account Operator to support daily account operations, lead quality assurance, online reputation management, and performance reporting.

You will review and verify incoming leads, maintain accurate operational records, monitor online reviews, prepare professional customer responses, and help ensure that account activities follow established procedures.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with account information, investigate discrepancies, maintain organized records, and prepare reports supported by actual data, not simply coordinate tasks or monitor dashboards.

We are looking for someone who is systematic, detail-oriented, and capable of handling customer feedback and reputation-related concerns professionally. You should be comfortable evaluating information, identifying exceptions, and escalating issues when necessary.

Schedule: PH night shift, aligned with US business hours. Exact working hours to be confirmed.
Compensation: PHP 40,000–70,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant experience in account operations, quality assurance, customer service, or related roles
- Experience in online reputation management, Google Reviews, and Google Business Profile (GBP)
- Experience supporting public relations, customer feedback management, or reputation-related communications
- Strong understanding of lead verification, classification, and quality assurance processes
- Ability to review operational information, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Experience preparing customer review responses and professional written communications
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and common business software
- Ability to prepare accurate reports supported by source information
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills
- Sound judgment and the discipline to escalate uncertain matters rather than make assumptions
- Familiarity with workflow automation and AI-assisted tools is an advantage
