JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We run a portfolio of AI-influencer brand accounts on Instagram and Facebook, managed by a team of Filipino VAs. We're hiring an Account Operations VA to set up, run and look after these accounts day to day, reporting to our Team Leader.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Create and set up new Instagram and Facebook accounts exactly to our template
• Post to your assigned accounts every day, on schedule
• Log every account and your daily tasks in Airtable, correctly and on time
• Handle account problems as they happen: action blocks, suspensions, appeals, proxy and phone issues
• Follow our SOPs step by step and flag anything you can't fix to your Team Leader the same day

WHO YOU ARE
• Hands-on with Instagram and Facebook; multi-account or proxy experience is a big plus
• Detail-oriented: you follow templates and SOPs exactly, every time
• Comfortable with Airtable
• Reliable: on time for every shift, and you report problems the same day, in writing
• Stable internet, ideally with a backup for brownouts (pocket WiFi, UPS)
• Good written and spoken English

SCHEDULE & PAY
• Full-time: 8 hours a day, 7 days a week
• $350–$400 per month depending on experience, paid twice a month
• Long-term role. Shortlisted applicants will have a quick test and short call.
