We have been a commercial printing company for almost 22 years. Over the years we have grown into various other Now a Sign Shop, a Wrap Shop, a Screen-Printing Shop and a Sublimation Manufacturing Company, we are in need of more tea
This position if for people WITH PRINTING, SUBLIMATION knowledge. We are a multi-million-dollar printing company, that specializes in providing high end printed materials and super high end sublimated apparel to companies across the US and several countries.
As an Account Manager (CSR), you will assist with managing and building existing client relationships, as well as grow new business. We provide cold and warm leads to our Account Managers who must manage a book of business and prospect for new clients daily.
Phones never stop ringing so most of the job is to help answer calls and facilitate current clients and take orders but outbound calls are still a requirement.

Duties Include:
Answer sales line and take orders. ( MUST SPEAK PERFECT ENGLISH AND better if SPANISH too )
Consult with customers on printing and sublimation needs for their business. ( KNOWLEDGE OF PRINT IS A MUST )
Contact existing customers regarding re-orders and checking progress of there growth since switching to Sublimated Apparel.
Make outbound calls to existing customer database.
Initiate contact and nurture relationships with new customer leads.
Follow up with customers on order satisfaction post sale.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years prior inside or outside sales experience selling in a business-to-business environment or have heavy customer service experience.
Must be comfortable working in an inside sale only role, talking on the phone daily to customers and prospects and have the ability to close sales over the phone with the warm leads provided.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Proven track record of achieving goals and quotas.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment that requires multi-tasking and the ability to gain trust with customers very quickly.
Advanced proficiency with internet concepts and terminology, as well as MS Word & Excel.
Must be we extremely organized, detailed oriented and creative minded.
Desired Skills
Knowledgeable in printing concepts and terminology.
Experience with Salesforce or comparable sales tools.
