I run a
I’m looking for a Account Manager who will act as the creative motor for our clients accounts and help push real results.
THE ROLE
As Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for 5–6 e-commerce clients. You are the main strategic and creative force behind each account, working closely with both the designer and the operational manager to come up with strong ideas, campaigns, and concepts that drive growth.
This is not a passive role. You’re expected to proactively push ideas, challenge clients, and continuously improve performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and owning 5–6 client accounts
- Acting as the creative lead for each account
- Coming up with: Campaign ideas (incl. copy if neccessary), Flow improvements, Creative concepts and test ideas
- Working closely with the
- Working closely with Operational Manager to align strategy and expectations
- Creating clear briefs and giving structured feedback
- Planning and prioritizing
KPIS & ACCOUNTABILITY
You will be held accountable for the following KPIs across your accounts:
- At least 20–30% attributed revenue from
- 4–6 A/B tests per month
- Weekly call with Operational Manager (with me included)
- Client updates every Monday and Friday, clearly outlining: What has been done, What is live, What’s planned next
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience with
- Strong creative and strategic thinking
- Comfortable taking ownership and pushing ideas proactively
- Confident in client communication
- Able to work in a startup environment where not everything is fully documented
- Data-aware: understands performance, testing, and optimization within Klaviyo and
