The Role

This is a sales-driven outbound account management role working with existing (warm) customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Call existing customers daily (30–60 calls/day)
Re-engage inactive buyers
Generate repeat business and increase order value
Build quotes, take payments, and manage orders through delivery
Maintain accurate CRM records (Pipedrive)
Move customers up tiers (e.g. Silver ? Gold)

You are expected to sell—not just check in.

Sales & Communication
Handle pricing discussions confidently
Position against competitors (Jewson, Selco, B&Q, etc.)
Upsell and cross-sell where relevant
Challenge customers, handle objections, and close deals
Systems & Workflow
Work daily in Pipedrive CRM
Log all calls, notes, and pipeline updates
Operate efficiently across multiple tabs and high call volume
Training

You’ll receive:

Sales playbooks and call frameworks
Product training (construction materials)
Ongoing coaching

You’re expected to learn fast and apply immediately.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Sales Experience:

Outbound or inbound sales experience
Comfortable on calls and closing deals

Communication:

Strong spoken English
Confident with UK customers
Clear, structured communication
