JOB OVERVIEW

We help tax firms generate more qualified clients, and we're looking for a Client Success Manager to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure they have an excellent experience with us.

### What You'll Do

* Respond to client questions and requests via Slack and email within 2 hours during business hours
* Send weekly performance reports and updates to clients
* Handle client concerns, issues, and escalations quickly and professionally
* Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment-related matters
* Guide new clients through the onboarding process
* Proactively identify potential problems and communicate them to the team before they become bigger issues
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

### What We're Looking For

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Previous experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or a similar client-facing role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and building relationships
* Comfortable using Slack, email, Google Sheets, and other online tools
* Available to work US Eastern Time hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

### Compensation & Benefits

* Fully remote position
* Full-time role
* $500 – $1,000 USD per month (depending on experience)
