Job Title: High-Tier Account Manager (SaaS & Real Estate) – $2,000 - $5,000/mo + Bonuses
Location: Remote (Must work Canadian EST/PST Hours)
Role: Client Success, Onboarding & Growth Coaching

The Mission
We are the fast-growing real estate platform in Canada. We don’t just sell software; we help real estate agents become the go to agent in their area.

We are looking for a High-Status Account Manager who can take a new client from "just signed up" to "Real Estate Pro." You aren't a support rep; you are a Growth Consultant.

The Role: Your Daily "Wins"
White-Glove Onboarding: Lead high-energy "Launch Calls" with top-producing agents. You’ll ensure their AI is trained, their branding is perfect, and they have their first "Wow" ---------- nt within the first 30 minutes.

Strategic Coaching: You will host group coaching sessions to ensure agents are actually using the tools to generate GCI (Gross Commission Income).

Webinar Mastery: Host weekly "Mastermind" webinars for our community to show off new features, share success stories, and keep engagement high.

Churn Defense: Monitor account health. If an agent isn't logging in, you reach out proactively to get them back on track.

Revenue Expansion: Tag-team with the Sales team to move successful agents from monthly plans to Annual Managed Territories.

Must-Have Requirements (Do not apply if you don't have these):
SaaS or Real Estate Background: You must have experience as an Account Manager for a software company OR have worked in Real Estate (ISA, Team Lead, or Admin). You must know what a "listing," "escrow," and "CRM pipeline" are.

English Mastery: Your verbal and written English must be Tier 1. You will be speaking with high-net-worth Canadian business owners daily.

The "Consultant" Voice: You can lead a meeting, handle an ego-driven agent, and pivot a conversation toward ROI.

Tech Fluency: You are comfortable with CRM logic, AI triggers, and Zoom/Webinar platforms.
