We partner with businesses to build and manage offshore teams, and we’re now looking for an experienced Account Manager to help strengthen our client relationships, internal processes, and service delivery as we scale.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong background in recruitment and outsourcing to manage multiple client accounts end-to-end. This role is both client-facing and operational, ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, creating SOPs, and helping shape how an organization operates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple client accounts and act as the main point of contact
Oversee recruitment across various roles and industries
Lead and support offshore teams, including onboarding and performance management
Conduct regular client meetings to review team performance and address concerns
Develop, document, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and internal processes
Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires and new client accounts
Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery and scalability
Be available after hours when urgent client or team matters arise
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or account management
Proven experience managing multiple roles and client accounts simultaneously
Experience leading and supporting teams (remote or offshore preferred)
Strong client-facing skills with confidence in leading meetings and discussions
Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and workflows
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with Australian clients
Background in outsourcing, staffing agencies, or BPO environments
Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting
