We're looking for an organized, personable Account Manager to own client relationships from onboarding through long-term retention. You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, making sure their experience is smooth, their concerns are handled quickly, and their accounts stay healthy.
This role starts with a training phase (client support) and grows into full account ownership as you build familiarity with our systems and clients.
**What you'll do:**
*Phase 1 – Client Support*
- Monitor and respond to client messages (calls, texts, CRM) through our GoHighLevel system
- Handle client inquiries on scheduling, workflows, and general support
- Triage client issues to the right internal team and document everything in Notion
- Track client billing through Stripe — payments, failures, upcoming due dates
- Keep detailed, organized notes on all client interactions
*Phase 2 – Onboarding & Training Exposure*
- Sit in on onboarding/training calls, take notes, and update client records
- Learn how successful client relationships are built and managed
- Review reports and flag performance gaps to supervisors
- Help prep talking points for upcoming client check-ins
*Phase 3 – Full Account Ownership*
- Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts
- Run regular check-in calls to review performance, address concerns, and improve workflows
- Monitor billing and resolve payment issues proactively
- Spot early signs of client dissatisfaction and escalate with clear documentation
- Own client retention and long-term satisfaction
**Daily flow:** Morning message/payment review ? midday calls (onboarding, training, check-ins) ? end-of-day confirmations for next day's calls, all logged in Notion.
**Tools you'll use:**
- GoHighLevel (client communication & CRM)
- Notion (records, notes, tracking)
- Stripe (payment tracking)
**What we're looking for:**
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple client accounts
- Experience in client-facing roles (account management, customer success, or similar) is a plus
- Comfortable with CRM tools and documentation-heavy workflows
- Proactive — someone who catches problems before they escalate
**Schedule:** Full-time, US business hours
**Setup:** Own laptop/PC, stable internet, backup power/internet a plus
If this sounds like you, kindly send your updated CV along with a 1-2min self intro.
