We are looking for a **detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager** to join our remote operations team and manage our Cleaning Case system — handling customer concerns, coordinating with cleaners, and ensuring every case is resolved efficiently.
### What You'll Be Doing
**Cleaning Case Management (Primary Responsibility)**
- Manage and resolve cleaning cases daily, including: Poor Cleaning complaints, No Show i
- Create, update, and close cases in our Notion-based case management system
- Assign task lists per case and track completion
- Generate tasks and coordinate with internal departments (Cleaner Resource, Accounting, Scheduling)
**Customer Communication**
- Respond to client
- Draft and send professional acknowledgement
- Conduct courtesy calls and follow-up communications with clients
- Handle invoice disputes and coordinate credit adjustments with the Accounting team
**Cleaner Coordination**
- Communicate cleaning instructions to subcontract cleaners via WhatsApp
- Follow up on after-cleaning photo submissions
- Relay specific client instructions (CISI – Cleaning Instruction / Security Instruction) to assigned cleaners
- Coordinate with the Cleaner Resource team for cleaner changes, temporary replacements, and fix cleaning
**Reporting & Documentation**
- Document all actions, communications, and resolutions in each Cleaning Case
- Submit notifications via Slack upon case updates
- Maintain accurate records of completed dates, due dates, and case statuses
- Participate in fortnightly catch-up meetings and report on case progress

### Requirements
**Must-Have:**
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or virtual assistant roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure (you'll handle multiple cases simultaneously)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
- Willingness to work Australian business hours (AEST overlap)
- Comfortable using or learning: **Notion, Slack, Zoho Cliq, WhatsApp,
**Nice-to-Have:**
- Experience in the cleaning industry, property management, or facilities management
- Experience with Notion as a project/task management tool
- Experience handling customer complaints or dispute resolution
