About Rockenue
Rockenue is a technology-powered commercial management company for hotels. We handle revenue management, distribution, sales, and tech implementation for a growing portfolio of properties across Europe.
We're looking for someone with energy, hunger, and common sense — not necessarily a long CV.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of hotel accounts, acting as the day-to-day point of contact for property partners. You'll produce reports, manage distribution channels, solve problems, and keep everything running smoothly. We'll teach you the hospitality side. What we can't teach is drive, initiative, and the ability to figure things out.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of hotel accounts end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact for property owners and managers
Producing and delivering regular performance reports to clients
Working inside OTA extranets (
Monitoring rate parity, availability, and distribution health across all channels
Coordinating with the internal team on pricing updates, promotions, and new channel activations
Identifying revenue opportunities and flagging underperformance
Using AI tools, chatbots, and automation to streamline workflows and increase output
Learning and mastering new hospitality tech platforms quickly
Who You Are (This Matters More Than Your CV)
Relentless work ethic. You take ownership. You don't clock-watch. When something needs doing, you do it — properly and fast.
Common sense over credentials. You can walk into an unfamiliar situation, assess it logically, and figure out the right move without being hand-held.
Tech-obsessed, not tech-tolerant. You genuinely enjoy learning new systems. Complex dashboards and unfamiliar software excite you rather than intimidate you.
AI is already part of your workflow. You actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to get more done. This isn't optional — it's central to how we work.
Proactive by nature. You spot problems before they're reported. You suggest improvements nobody asked for. You hate sitting idle.
Clear communicator. Excellent written and verbal English. You can explain something simply, flag an issue professionally, and keep a client confident.
Detail-oriented without losing the big picture. You catch the small errors but still understand why they matter commercially.
Hospitality experience is a plus but absolutely not required. If you've never touched a hotel extranet but you're sharp, motivated, and learn fast — we want to hear from you. We will train the right person.

Compensation
Competitive monthly salary (paid in GBP/USD), commensurate with experience. Long-term position with real room to grow as the portfolio scales.
