We’re looking for an Account Manager who takes ownership and thrives in a leadership role. This isn’t just about clocking in and out — it’s about driving performance, coaching leaders, and building systems that work.
Your Role
Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads across accounts
Oversee daily performance and make sure KPIs/SLAs are met
Spot risks early, resolve challenges, and build long-term solutions
Support new account launches and workforce planning
Build SOPs, escalation processes, and reporting systems
About You
Experienced leader who has managed Team Leads or Supervisors
Problem-solver who fixes root causes, not just symptoms
Organized, proactive, and performance-driven
Strong communicator, confident in client-facing settings
Skills & Experience
3+ years in CX, Account Management, or Operations leadership
2+ years managing Team Leads, Supervisors, or mid-level staff
Familiar with CX tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, etc.)
Proven track record of improving performance through coaching and data
Excellent written and spoken English
