Pay: Negotiable flat rate per 2-week period (USD), based on experience
Pay Timing: Paid once every 2 weeks. 80 hours per period, agreed upon at hire
Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants only)
Role Type: Full-time | Long-term
Team Scope: Supports Account Managers across onboarding and client communications

We’re hiring an Account Management Specialist to support our Account Managers by ensuring:
Every onboarding step is completed
Every client request is acknowledged
Every Slack channel is monitored and followed up
Every detail is handled on time and to standard

This role exists so:
Account Managers can focus on relationship and strategy
Clients feel supported and informed
Onboarding moves forward smoothly without bottlenecks

This is not a reactive support role.
This is a process ownership role.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You will not be improvising.
You will be working inside a clear system.

As an Account Management Specialist, you will:
Support Account Managers during client onboarding
Track onboarding tasks and deadlines inside ClickUp
Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed fully and on time
Monitor client Slack channels daily for messages, questions, or follow-ups
Make sure client requests are acknowledged and routed correctly
Follow up on open items until they are resolved or completed
Maintain high-quality documentation and task updates
Flag risks, delays, or missing information early

You are not expected to manage client strategy.
You are expected to keep the process tight.

Is comfortable monitoring multiple Slack channels
Communicates clearly and professionally in writing
Follows processes without cutting corners
Takes pride in doing things right the first time

You don’t need to be an Account Manager.
You do need to be reliable, focused, and disciplined.

Operating Cadence & Communication
Account Managers own relationships… you ensure execution and follow-through
Project Manager enforces timelines… you keep onboarding tasks accurate and updated
Media Buyers and Specialists need clean handoffs… you help make that possible
Ops Head sets standards… you help uphold them daily
