industries, including skilled trades, administrative, engineering, Information Technology, and more. As we
grow, we're expanding our remote sales force to drive outreach and client acquisition.
Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and persuasive Account Executive to join our remote team. You will be responsible
for closing new business by selling our staffing services. Leads will be provided, but you’ll be expected to
proactively drive the full sales cycle—from outreach and consultation to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
• Use Lead generation and other tools to identify, contact, and engage decision-makers
• Conduct discovery calls, assess client staffing needs, and present tailored solutions
• Deliver compelling service presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate terms and close new business with hiring managers and procurement contacts
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM and manage pipeline to meet sales goals
• Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay current on market trends and staffing best practices
Qualifications
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing or recruiting industry strongly preferred)
• Strong command of English (verbal and written); confident speaking with U.S. clients
• Proven success managing full sales cycles and closing deals
• Experience using CRM platforms and lead generation tools
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Compensation
• Base Salary
• Commission: Performance-based with uncapped earnings potential
• Bonuses: Monthly incentives for quota achievement
