Role Overview
We are looking for a Remote Account Executive to close sales for both inbound and outbound wholesale leads. This is not a pure appointment setting role — you will own the sales process from first contact to final invoice. Appointment setting will only be needed for high-value clients who require in-person visits (handled by our NYC-based AE or founder).

What You’ll Do
• Respond to inbound inquiries and place first order on the phone.
• Run outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualified leads.
• Deliver persuasive product presentations and confidently handle objections.
• Close wholesale accounts over the phone or video call, including sending invoices and confirming first delivery.
• Set in-person meetings only for strategic high-value accounts.
• Keep Pipedrive CRM updated with all activities and accurate lead records.
• Follow up with new accounts to encourage 2nd and 3rd orders within 60 days.

Requirements
• Proven success in phone-based B2B sales closing roles.
• Strong outbound cold calling skills and comfort with high daily call activity.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive preferred) and sales tools.
• Organized, proactive, and self-managed.

Big Bonuses (Not Required)
• Fluency in an Asian language (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, etc.).
• Experience selling to restaurants, cafés, hotels, or other foodservice businesses.
