JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing corporate housing broker placing employees from global companies into furnished apartments across Europe — Stockholm, Frankfurt, Aarhus, Rostock, Antwerp, and 50+ cities.

We get more live cases than we can close. That's why we're hiring.

This is not a call-center role. You will own real deals end-to-end and be treated like an operator, not a seat. If you're hungry and you can close, this is the fastest path we know to build a real career in European real estate and sales — from your laptop.

What you'll actually do
• Talk to real clients (HR leads, relocation managers, CEOs) and understand what they need
• Reach out to property owners across Europe — calls, WhatsApp, listings
• Negotiate and lock in a suitable apartment within 24–48 hours
• Become the expert on every property you present — know the exact number of rooms, square meters, floor, furniture, amenities, neighborhood, transit links, what's included, what's not. If a client asks "does it have a dishwasher?" you answer in 10 seconds without looking it up.
• Collect photos, details, publish the listing on our site
• Coordinate the booking through to check-in
• Own 10–15 live cases at any given time

How you get paid
• $40/week base ($160/month) to cover your time
• $15 commission per confirmed booking — uncapped
• Paid weekly, every Friday
• Our active coordinators close 5–10 bookings/month

The growth path is real
• Month 1: onboarding with our head coordinator. You shadow, then close supervised cases.
• Month 2–3: you run your own case load solo.
• After 15+ closed cases: promotion to Senior Coordinator — higher base, bigger commission, first pick of incoming cases.
• Top performers become Team Leads, managing new hires and earning on their closes too.

We already have three coordinators who started exactly where you would. One of them now leads the team.

You will fit if
• You like the phone and don't get nervous negotiating
• You can juggle 10–15 live cases without dropping balls
• You take initiative — we don't babysit
• Fluent, confident English
• You're hungry, ambitious, and want to get good at sales fast

Big plus: experience in real estate, travel, hospitality, sales, or B2B coordination.
