About Us: STRIVE Performance Dietetics partners with youth sporting academies across Australia to deliver professional nutrition education and support for developing athletes.

The Role: We're looking for a specialised outreach coordinator with proven experience in cold email and video outreach platforms. You'll research and contact youth sports academies across Australia, manage email deliverability, send personalized outreach using Pitchlane videos, and track all engagement systematically. We're hiring a relentless outreach specialist someone who obsesses over reply rates, never stops digging for new contacts, and actually enjoys the grind of cold outreach.

Core Responsibilities:

Research 25+ new target academies/programs per week (rugby, AFL, soccer, little athletics, netball, dance schools, all sports, Australia-wide)
Identify decision-makers (athletic directors, head coaches, program coordinators, club owners)
Capture contact information: email, phone, LinkedIn profile
Manage email warm-up protocol to ensure emails don't hit spam (knowledge of domain reputation, IP warming, sending patterns)
Send personalized Email 1, 2, 3 outreach using Pitchlane video embed (using provided templates along with adjusting if they dont work)
Track all outreach and responses in shared spreadsheet (daily updates)
Send IG DM follow-ups (parallel to email sequence, using provided templates)
Log all engagement data (opened? watched? clicked? booked?)
Provide weekly email summary report! sends received, opens, clicks, replies, conversion rate
Forward all positive replies to Kristof immediately (email + text notification)
Notify Kristof of engagement metrics daily

Required Experience:

You MUST have hands-on experience with at least ONE of these platforms:

Pitchlane (video embedding in outreach, link tracking) * Crucial
Smartlead (email automation, warm-up, deliverability)
Instantly (cold email automation, SMTP configuration, warm-up)

AND you must have experience with:

Buying and configuring domains for email (DNS setup, SPF/DKIM records, or familiarity with the process)

Email warm-up best practices (sending patterns, domain reputation, avoiding spam filters)
Understanding why cold email gets marked as spam and how to prevent it

What You'll Use:

Pitchlane (video outreach platform)
Google Sheets (prospect tracking)
Gmail (sending personalized emails)
Smartlead/Instantly (if experienced with either)
LinkedIn (researching decision-makers)
Instagram (sending DM follow-ups)
Domain registrar (familiarity with domain setup)
