JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

- Create accurate quotations and cost estimates for commercial kitchen equipment and projects.
- Use AutoQuotes (AQ) or similar software to prepare, update, and manage quotations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and equipment databases.
- Review project details and select the appropriate commercial kitchen equipment based on customer requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team, suppliers, and clients to confirm product specifications, availability, and pricing.
- Follow company procedures, workflows, and standard processes when preparing quotations.
- Ensure quotations are accurate, complete, and submitted within the required deadlines.
- Monitor supplier pricing, new products, and industry trends to keep quotations up to date.
- Assist the sales team by providing reliable pricing and equipment information when needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an AutoQuotes Specialist or Quotation Specialist in the commercial kitchen or foodservice industry.
- Hands-on experience using AutoQuotes (AQ) is required.
- Knowledge of commercial foodservice and kitchen equipment is required; manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with pricing and product information.
- Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Ability to manage multiple quotations and meet deadlines.
