COMPENSATION

$9–$11 USD per hour, depending on demonstrated experience and technical ability (With Eligibility to increase Salary based on Performance)

$360–$440 USD paid weekly

40 paid hours per week

WORK SCHEDULE

Tuesday through Saturday
4:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. California time

The nine-hour shift includes one unpaid one-hour meal break, resulting in eight paid hours per day.

We operate growing e-commerce and online-education businesses in the United States.

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Automation Specialist to help us build, organize, maintain, document, and improve the systems that support our marketing and business operations.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to take meaningful ownership of company systems and potentially grow into an Operations Manager or Automation Team Lead position.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work primarily with GoHighLevel, ---------- , ClickUp, Google Workspace, Shopify, Amazon, and related business tools.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing existing systems, building and improving automations, maintaining CRM organization, testing workflows, troubleshooting errors, documenting processes, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements.

This is not an entry-level general virtual-assistant position.

We need someone who understands how business processes, CRM data, email marketing, integrations, documentation, testing, and automation work together.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

GoHighLevel

- Build, maintain, and improve workflows, triggers, pipelines, forms, funnels, calendars, campaigns, and email automations.
- Organize contacts, custom fields, tags, segments, opportunities, and CRM records.
- Establish appropriate workflow conditions, exclusions, goals, and entry or exit rules.
- Test automations thoroughly before requesting launch approval.
- Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot errors.
- Assist with reporting, email deliverability, and CRM optimization.

- Build and maintain reliable ---------- scenarios.
- Connect approved business tools using native integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
- Work with filters, routers, data mapping, transformations, iterators, error handlers, and retries.
- Investigate incomplete executions, connection problems, missing data, and mapping errors.
- Design workflows that avoid unnecessary duplicates and repeated actions.
- Document monitoring, recovery, and troubleshooting procedures.

Operations and Project Management

- Manage assigned work through ClickUp.
- Keep task statuses and comments current.
- Turn business requirements into organized execution plans.
- Identify dependencies, risks, blockers, and decisions requiring management input.
- Submit clear end-of-day updates.
- Maintain workflow maps, SOPs, testing records, and system documentation.
- Communicate problems early and recommend practical solutions.

Testing and Documentation

- Test standard workflows, edge cases, missing information, duplicates, retries, and failure scenarios.
- Maintain clear testing evidence.
- Create or update an SOP for completed processes.
- Record visual walkthroughs explaining completed system work.
- Document processes so another qualified tea ---------- mber can understand and maintain them.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
